For the third year we’ve done the concert registration of De Vrienden van Amstel LIVE. Directed by our own Thomas Melgers, shot in one night with 12 camera’s, cinematic lenses, two huge cranes and three camera teams backstage to shoot the behind the scenes footage.
The next day we packed our stuff and took 8 terabyte of footage back to Fast Forward headquarters to start the post production of the tv show voor SBS6 and Veronica. We had one week to finish this 180 minute show so we used four of our in-house edit suites and grading set to get the job done. With over one million viewers De Vrienden van Amstel LIVE was again a big succes on tv and one of the most talked about show elements was the collaboration between Di-rect and Kensington.
